Our inn is a small yet cozy and safe guesthouse(backpackers), open to all that enjoy travelling the world [a real backpacker's sanctuary]...having had the experience of many backpacking journeys myself-we now aim to be the backpacker's haven!
We live in a very quiet residential area. So, we have established some rules to ensure comfort for everyone and avoid any conflicts.
Our basic style of accommodation is without meals and is self-servicing to your needs. That being said, if you have any questions about anything, please feel free to ask our staff.
◆Check-in Time … 2:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM
・If you arrive after 8:00PM, please contact us by E-mail.
◆Check-out Time …７:００AM~10:00 AM
・If you leave before 7:00AM, please let us know until the day before.
・We will refund depositis(￥５００) to those who used private rooms.
・If you want late check-out (10:00AM~12 o'clock noon), please let us
know when you check in. The additional costs 1,500yen applies.
◆Payment
・Please pay in cash when you check-in.
・Credit Cards are Not Aceepted.
・It does not exchange.
◆Cancellation Policy
・If you want to cancel a reservation, please contact us by E-mail
immediately!!
・Depending on the cancellation date, we may charge you a cancellation
fee, as noted below...
-Please understand that this is a business and we cannot afford to lose
money because of a few irresponsible individuals. Therefore, Any
Same Day (or one day before) cancellations... as well as, any
unnotified cancellations...the penalty fee will be the entirety of your
reserved stay!! -And if this sanction appears a little harsh -
simply, do not force our hand by being disrespectful...
◆Bussiness day
・For the moment, our business days are only on weekends (Friday night
to Monday morning).
・However, in the High Season we may open on weekdays. There is
currently support available on weekdays for temporary holidays.
・Please check our website for business updates and other changes.
◆Curfew … 11:00 PM
◆Lights-out Time … Midnight 12
◆Baggage Storage Service
・Before Checking-in (7:00AM~+) as well as after checking-out
(-~8:00PM) we can keep your luggage but only on the day of your
arrival or departure (it is free service).
・However we will not keep your valuables!
◆Valuables management & Troubles
・All Your Precious & Valuable Items - We Will Not Be Held Responsible
for any loss, theft or accidents... It is up to You and You alone to
manage these items.
・When you go out - secure your valuables or bring them with you also
lock the windows and doors to your rooms...
・Nuisance to other guests and neighborhood is prohibited.
◆Acceptance of children
・We are not accepting people under the age of 20.
・We recommend that you reserve the whole house, if you want to stay with
your child. It is profitable when you stay with lots of people(ex.. with
family of your friends).
◆Others
● About meals
・There is no meal offer.
・You need to cook your own meals in the kitchen or eat out or bring
meals...
● Others and detailed contents will be introduced at the backpackers.
